Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist - Billing.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a billing liaison between clients and the company, resolving queries via phone and email
Follow up on returned claims and keep clients informed of billing and payment status
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot client account issues and improve the client/provider experience

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in healthcare billing customer service
Experience in healthcare and/or medical billing is a plus
Familiarity with bank reconciliation, payment posting, and patient billing
Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or JIRA is a plus
