Job SummaryCorewell Health Infectious Disease offers an
excellent full-time opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider.A
successful candidate will have the ability to work independently
and make solid medical decisions. This position plays an integral
role of the Infectious Disease (ID) team and works collaboratively
and cohesively with ID physicians.APP will be responsible for both
inpatient and outpatient care of Infectious DiseaseKey functions
include performing consultations, subsequent care/rounding,
assessment and treatment plans4 - 9 hour shifts plus 1:4
weekendTeam based approachAPP will work with other providers and
members of healthcare team to deliver quality and safe patient
careQualifications:Nurse Practitioner:Required Master's Degree
Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification
after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master's,
post-master's or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that
is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing
Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting
Commission3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical
experiencePrevious experience functioning in a collaborative role
