• Lead and manage Workday HR projects.
• Build and support new integration from and into Workday.
• Oversee integrations, configuration, and data conversion activities.
• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Continually assess action items, risks, issues, and dependencies and take ownership towards mitigation/resolution.
• Facilitate meetings across cross-functional project teams, collaborating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders within the Workday ecosystem, other business teams, and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder communications and present project status updates.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead post-implementation support.Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8-10 years of relevant Workday HCM experience, including experience leading HCM projects through various workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Workday and experience leading HCM development projects end-to-end as well as post go-live support.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Strong attention to detail driving data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in Workday HR development projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience in SDLC.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
