Arizona Licensed Telehealth SUD Counselor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness for the program
Lead group therapy and one-on-one sessions, supporting recovery through the curriculum
Maintain thorough documentation using the EMR system and collaborate on treatment plans

Required Qualifications:

Must hold a verifiable counseling license in the state of practice
2+ years of experience in SUD counseling
Ability to work 1-2 evenings and some weekends
Must have a private location for remote work, compliant with HIPAA regulations
Available during designated hours on the last Thursday of every month for compliance purposes
