Job Description:

A company is looking for an AVP, Market Share to lead and implement strategies for improving market share.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead market share strategy in collaboration with Health Plan leadership
Operationalize and measure retention and enrollment outcomes while ensuring data accuracy
Influence local growth leaders to adopt recommended strategies and report progress to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a managed care-related field
Minimum 5 years of management/supervisory experience
Thorough understanding of Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare product lines
Experience in data analytics and influencing policy making
