Job Description:
A company is looking for a Locksmith Support Associate to manage
customer and locksmith interactions and support logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls from customers and locksmiths
Monitor service performance and ensure proper job flow
utilization
Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights for increasing
service conversions
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum 1-year experience in a call center environment or
equivalent
High School graduation or equivalent
50 Mbps download speeds for internet connection or ability to
upgrade
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Experience using Zendesk, Twilio, and/or Google Docs is a plus
