Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Attorney, Clean Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist state and local governments in implementing climate and
equity policies, focusing on tax incentives and funding
opportunities
Coordinate with attorneys and coalition partners to provide legal
guidance on financing options for clean energy projects
Manage and expand the Clean Energy Initiative within the Climate
Change and Environmental Justice Program
Required Qualifications
J.D. with 5+ years of experience in tax law, project finance, or
renewable energy law
Working knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act and the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law
Experience working with state and local decision-makers
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
