Our Software Program Managers are responsible for owning quarterly release content and individual software development projects which includes end to end planning, tracking progress and risks, and reporting. They ensure adherence to solid development practices. • End-to-end program management of AI, ecosystem, cloud-based services, and monetization projects utilizing both agile and waterfall development models.
• Use project management tools (like Smartsheet, MS Project) to collaborate with product development managers, UI/UX, and development teams to create detailed project plans.
• Schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Present project status concisely to senior management.
• Track project progress to meet milestones and drive to completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by leading resolution to dependencies or issues. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations by promptly communicating the same.
• Coordinate with global teams.
