Seeking an Urgent Care physician to join a practice in
northeastern Indiana in Fort Wayne area. The Center provides physical therapy
and as well as occupational health services. The physicians conduct initial patient screenings,
examinations and assessments to provide support in the identification of
patient care needs. This position provides the opportunity to work
collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team to implement
patient care plans. Full-Time Potential for administrative work/Medical Directorship in the
future Requirements:

Licensure: Unlimited license to practice medicine in Indiana. Board
Certification in a recognized medical specialty, Indiana CSR and federal DEA
licensure. DOT certification within 90 days.

Experience: Two years of clinical experience.
