• Certification Details
• Licensure: Must be certified through the NBSTA.
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology
• If program graduation occurred on or after July 1, 2009, must attempt the certification exam within 3 months of date in position and will have up to six months after hire to successfully pass certification exam or must have achieved certification within 12 months of graduation.
