  • IL RN License
  • Minimum--2+ years experience
  • Must have completed 1 successful travel contract required
  • Perform phlebotomy required.--Need to be able to read and interpret strips
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSSOther details:
    • Float Requirements: Float to Tele if needed. May be floated to other units and tasked as an aid for additional support
    • Charting Experience: Meditech preferred - mandatory Meditech training must be done in compliance
    • COVID BOOSTER Vaccination is required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date
    • Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):-- 24 bed-- --1:7 patient ratio
