Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Director to lead
projects for system development and testing for Channel Partner
implementation clients.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure project success through risk assessment, status
communication, and timeline management
Lead implementation meetings, manage system configuration, and
facilitate custom development work
Act as a mentor for the Channel Partner team and assist with client
inquiries and best practices
Required Qualifications
4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in account management
2+ years of project management experience
Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll,
or HRIS
Current or previous experience with benefits and open enrollment
processes
