Customer Success Account Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to act as a delivery leader and strategic partner to customers.



Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
Lead strategic execution of customer programs and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve agreed-upon outcomes
Identify opportunities for growth and optimize usage of IntelePeer offerings to drive customer success


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or customer-facing consulting
Experience with AI platforms and IVA delivery
5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry is preferred
Project Management certification is preferred
